SDR Comparison for L10

Tiffanie and I evaluated Triarc, SalesHive, and Belkins side by side. This is the quick readout and recommendation.

Quick Comparison

Triarc

Estimated: $1,736 platform + about $3K/month booking + qualified appointment fees

Lower-cost-looking option, but once we add the platform costs, booking costs, and qualified-appointment structure, it feels a bit more complicated and is email only. I am concerned about the qualification language in their SOW, and just how you can qualify meetings in general with email only.

Belkins

$8K/month

Credible and polished, but their basic price is $8K/month. It is the most expensive option without a stronger reason to choose it over SalesHive. They also feel very corporate.

SalesHive

$7K/month

Best overall fit with both calls and email. They also have a pretty robust platform that we would be able to utilize and integrate with Zoho. Very AI enabled and scrappy.

Recommendation

My recommendation is SalesHive. It is not the cheapest option, but it feels like the strongest fit for how B Line actually sells and the best shot at getting to qualified meetings, not just booked calls.
